Welcome to the Aspens, Unit 4A in Brian Head, Utah. Our family has enjoyed this unit for the past 20+ years and we are pleased to be sharing our home away from home with you!

Originally residents of Las Vegas, we now live in Texas; however, we still have a soft spot for Brian Head. We have always enjoyed everything Utah has to offer, considering the close proximity to Las Vegas. If you want to ski, this is the place to be! And the location of our condo can't be beat. A short walk across the street will have you on the new Giant Steps Quad before you have a chance to complain about the cold!

Over the years, we have enjoyed sharing our vacation home with visitors near and far, and we are excited to announce several recent improvements:

The kitchen has been furnished with all new dishes, utensils, bakeware and small appliances along with a full sized over the range microwave. We also added a dining table with seating for six.

The living area has been refurnished with a new queen sized sleeper sofa, oversized chair, tables, lamps and 40” flat screen television with Blu-ray/DVD player. We have also provided an extensive DVD collection with 50+ movies for you to enjoy while sitting by the fire.

The Bunkroom now features a 32” flat screen television with XBox 360 and a variety of games for every age. The XBox also plays DVD’s! We added a futon for your gaming comfort and you will find a drawer full of board games for the family to enjoy together.

The Master Bedroom has a new king mattress & boxspring, bedding & down alternative comforter.

The bathroom has a new curved shower rod, providing up to 33 percent more shower space, a fresh white shower curtain and a handheld shower head offering a 72-inch, tangle-free hose and 9-jet turbo massage with three settings.

All pillows, linens and towels have also been replaced.

We still have some work to do but we feel like we have made great strides to provide a comfortable visit for you and your family.

When it comes to choosing a rental property for your ski vacation, it is all about location, location, location! And if location is what you are looking for, this is the place for you! This lovely condo is situated directly across the street from the new Giant Steps Express High Speed Quad lift. The 2 minute walk across the street will have you on the slopes before your car even has time to warm up. Of course, not everyone skis, so it is important to make sure your home away from home includes all of the qualities you desire. To provide the most comfortable experience possible, this property has been recently updated and the majority of the rooms have been completely refurnished.

The living room has been furnished with a new queen-sized sofa sleeper and over-sized chair. Kick back on the couch and enjoy the view outside or pick up the remote to look for your favorite show on the 40" flat screen cable television. You will also find a Blu-Ray/DVD player and DVD library of 50+ movies to choose from. If you would prefer some peace and quiet, select a book from the library provided and curl up near the wood burning fireplace.

As you head around the corner, you will find the dining/kitchen area. Before taking a seat, take a moment to step out onto the deck and enjoy the fresh air while watching the skiers and mountain bikers work their way down the hill. This view can’t be beat! The new dining table comfortably seats 6 so you can recap your day with your friends over a home cooked meal or a cup of hot cocoa. There is also plenty of room to pull out a favorite board game from the bunk room.

The cozy kitchen has been freshly painted and updated. All dishes, utensils, kitchenware and small appliances have been replaced along with a full-sized over the range microwave. Light wood cabinets and white, updated appliances make the kitchen bright and airy and there is plenty of counter space to prepare a favorite meal.

Head upstairs and you will find the master bedroom with a new king-sized mattress & box spring along with brand new linens, down-alternative comforter and bedding; Across the hall is a nook with a twin bunk bed set into the wall. The bottom bunk has been replaced with a twin-sized futon. There is also a 32” flat screen television with XBox 360, 2 controllers and a variety of games for all ages.

The bathroom features a vanity and dressing area separate from the tub/shower combination & toilet. With a unique curved design, the shower rod provides up to 33 percent more shower space and the fresh white shower curtain is a perfect match to all of the brand new towels. The handheld shower head offers a 72-inch, tangle-free hose and 9-jet turbo massage with three settings.

Brian Head Resort offers skiing, snowboarding, tubing, night skiing, dining, mountain biking and hiking. With dozens of activities, scenic beauty and pristine mountain air, it’s easy to see why Brian Head Resort has become a destination for adventure and relaxation. If that is not enough, you are within a two hour drive of Zion National Park, Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, and Vermillion Cliffs National Monument in Arizona.
