Dugout Signs aren't just for baseball

Wow!  In case you are wondering.... I am still here and I am still making signs.  In fact, I have been busier than ever.  Unfortuantely, keeping up on social media and my website seem to be two of my biggest challenges.  

Fall ball is starting so it is time to get back to it.  I am keeping prices the same this season, $15 with photo, $10 with logo.  There is no minimum order so if your team chooses to not place an order, I can still make one for you.  I have a lot of parents who like to add past seasons to their collections... no problem!

I also have a lot of special requests come in for other sports and tournament teams.  If you can provide the artwork, I can make it for you.  I am attaching my newest football design below.

New Year, New Signs

It's time for the spring baseball season and things are picking up around here!  Not only do I have two boys playing select ball and one playing league ball, but my business is continuing to grow and I am busier than ever!

I am pleased to announce that I am back for another season and I am looking forward to catching up with some old friends and making some new friends along the way.  Signs remain $10 for large logos and $15 for photos.  If you are looking to have photos taken, please let me know asap.  In addition to the 35+ Humble teams I will be working with this season, I already have orders from kingwood/Forest Cove, Crosby Sports Association, Huffman Little League, Tomball Little League and Humble Girls Softball.  I always give priority to teams who place their order first.  However, I still make every effort to have signs ready for opening day, when possible.

I have updated my site with some new artwork, including the brand new Houston Astros logo/colors.  If you are looking for something that isn't posted, email me and I'll see what I can do.

New Teams Added

I am in the process of adding new teams for the Spring season.  If there is something you are looking for and can't find, let me know and I'll get a sample to you asap.  If you are looking for Detroit Tigers, I just added them to the "Tigers" Tab so take another look.  Lots of orange teams this season... loving it! :)

Spring 2012

Wow!  It is mid-February already and I am trying to figure out where the time has gone.  It seems like we just wrapped up the fall season and we are already into the full swing of things for the Spring season!

I want to thank all of my customers and awesome Team Moms who have helped me to get my little business off the ground, especially those of you who continue to offer referrals to other teams and leagues.  Last year, I made signs for 80+ teams and I expect to do even more this year!

It seems that I am getting busier each season so if you plan to order, please contact me asap so I can get you on my list.  I always do my best to have signs ready for opening day, but it is becoming more difficult to fulfill last minute orders.  All I need to get started is:

* Age group

* Roster

* Numbers (if you don't have them yet, just forward them when they are assigned)

Fall 2011

School is back in and fall baseball is in full swing!  I enjoyed meeting several of the HBA team moms today... and I look forward to meeting many more as the season progresses.

As always, I am gearing up for a busy season.  If you would like to order signs, please email me and provide your team name, age group and a list of player names.  I do not need numbers yet but I want to get a count so I can start scheduling photos and my husband can start cutting and painting.  I anticipate at least 20 teams this season... so if you want your signs for the first game, let me know adsap. 

To insure the highest quality, I would like to take the photos myself unless you feel that your skills are pretty good.  When you comtact me, we can discuss setting up a time for photos or the parameters for you or a member of your team to take them.  (If you live outside of the Humble/Atascocita area, you will need to provide your own photos).

You may have noticed that I have redesigned the majority of my baseball signs.  The home plate design was well received last season so I went ahead and prepared the artwork for all of the teams I have available. If you are on a team that is not listed, let me know and I will get a sample done for you.

My signs are not limited to baseball or Humble.  I have had the opportunity to work with teams in Huffman, Crosby, Liberty, Cy-Fair, Spring and several others.  I love meeting new people in new leagues and I hope that if you are happy with my signs that you will pass my name on to your friends.  if their teams aren't interested, I do not require a minimum order... I will make just one and the price remains the same:

$15/sign with photo, $10/sign with large team logo.

Spring 2011

Hard to believe the new year is flying by and we are almost into March.  That means it's time for my favorite time of year... Spring baseball!  

As always, I am thrilled to be making signs for my "home" league, Humble Baseball Association.  I am equally as excited to be working with Huffman Little League, as well. Of course, I have my friends from around the city of Houston who look me up each season and I LOVE hearing from you!  if your team is interested in signs and I don't advertise directly with your league, contact me and let's see what I can do for you.

I have already heard from several teams this season and I am hard at work getting everything ready to go.  If you plan to place an order, please contact me as soon as possible.  I can make signs any time during the season, but if you want your signs ready for the first game, you will want to be on my pre-order list.  

If you don't see a team listed, please contact me so I can create a sample for you to share with your team and indicate if you want it to have a photo or just the logo.  I will get a proof to you asap.

Pricing remains the same: $10 for signs with logo, $15 for signs with photo.

When you are ready to place your order, all I need is a copy of your team roster.  Only first names are necessary and if they want a nickname, send me that, as well.  That will reserve your spot on my list.  Once you get numbers, I will need that info. immediately.  Signs will be completed in the order numbers are received with pre-orders receiving priority.

Football 2010

If you are looking for team signs or keepsakes for your players, football teams are now available!  The cost remains $10/sign without photos.  Player photo signs are available for $15/each.  I do not require a minimum so there is no need for the whole team to participate.  However, this makes a nice keepsake vs. a team banner which goes to one person at the end of the season.  

Signs measure  7-1/2" x 8" and come with a fence hook. They are completed in the order they are placed.  You can pre-order without player numbers to ensure that your signs are ready for the first game.

New for Spring 2010

New for Spring... I have decided to add the option to include player photos.  Signs with photos will be available for $15.00 each and the classic designs remain $10.00 each.  Team moms who provide photos to me will receive their sign for free.  Otherwise, I will arrange a time to meet with your team to take the photos, myself.  For more information, please contact me via email or phone (832)767-9113.  More artwork will be added  upon request.

Signs measure the same size:  7-1/2" x 8".  The back side is painted to coordinate with team colors and a fence hook is also attached.

As the spring season approaches, I am excited to be working with teams in the Humble area and I hope to work some new leagues, as well.  If you refer anyone to me, please make sure they let me know so that I can thank you!  

For the Humble Baseball league, I will once again be offering pre-order incentives.  More information will be available at the Team Mom meeting on February 20.  To insure that signs will be ready for the first game of the season, I will need a roster by Thursday, March 11 and numbers by Thursday, March 25. Of course, I will take orders any time and I will do my best to get them out to you within 2 days.  There is no minimum order and volume discounts are available.  Please contact me for more information.

HBA Date Changes

If you received a postcard at the team mom meeting, it states that numbers are due by September 3.  However, HBA has changed the date for uniform pick.  Therefore, I will be extending my promotional offer for roster and numbers received by Friday, September 11 

Of course, I will gladly accept orders at any time.  Once pre-orders are filled, turn around time is often less than 24 hours upon receipt of roster & numbers.  If you have any questions, please contact me.

Fall, 2009

It is hard to believe that we are only halfway through summer and fall registration has already opened up.  That means the new season is going to be here before we know it!

First off, I want to thank all of you who placed orders last season.  I love baseball and it was awesome to see so many of my signs out on the field.  I even received orders from a few other leagues in the area... I appreciate all of the referrals.  As a stay at home mom, it is nice to be able to do something I enjoy while being able to work around our very busy schedule.

This season, I would love to continue working with Humble Baseball along with other leagues in the area.  However, my designs are not limited to just baseball.  If you have artwork or ideas, I can make almost anything... just ask. 

In preparation for the new season, I have been busy updating my site with with new team artwork and some other products I am offering including gift ideas for coaches and team moms.  I also have treat bag toppers and candy bar wrappers that can be customized for any team or special occasion.  Again, these items are not limited to baseball.  Pricing is dependent upon the type of item you are interested in and the work involved.  If you want more information, please feel free to contact me. 

Last but not least, I have been working on improving the quality of my signs.  I have found a new adhesive and an improved sealer for the front to make them more durable.  If you had problems with your signs last season, I apologize.  I guarantee my signs will not bubble or peel and if they do, let me know and I will gladly fix them free of charge.  I do not anticipate this being a problem in the future.  Providing a quality product is my number one priority and I do not want anyone to be unhappy.

If you would like to order signs for the fall season, I will be offering incentives for orders placed by Thursday, August 27.  I will need a full team roster by the 27th and numbers by Thursday, September 3.  If your team does not wish to order signs, I will make them available on an individual basis, as well.  

The cost is $10 per sign.
