The Bulldogs had a rocky start in their first tournament at the Scrap Yard but came back two weeks later to finish as the runner up in the Fastball Festival.
In pool play, the Bulldogs beat the Tomahawks 12-3 and the Texas Royals 9-8 to finish with the #1 seed. On Sunday, they had to face the Royals again and were forced into a two-inning tie breaker. While the Royals always challenge us, they could not stop us from moving on to the championship with a walk off grand slam!!! In the championship game, the Bulldogs faced Banditos Houston. Once again, the Bulldogs had to play an extra inning but were not as lucky. They fell to the Banditos with a final score of 8-7.
The Bulldogs were happy to come back strong and leave with another ring. Way to go Bulldogs!!!
